I still don't have the energy level I would like, but am feeling good about life in general.
Tomorrow I am helping a friend of mine and dog sitting so I won't be able to post tomorrow but I am going to walk the dog at least once emoticon My friend is a Health nut so there won't be any junk food around and our supper will be portioned out! I haven't had pizza in a while!
Plus My friend has a scale so I can see how I am doing. I have walked every day for a week and looking forward to seeing (Hopefully) some weight loss! I KNOW it's not all about the scale, it would be nice to see though......Smiles
