This morning I got up and hit the weights! I did my day 3 training session and I felt stronger! I can feel improvements in my body! Then getting dressed I am in a smaller size than when I started! It just feels awesome to keep making these changes and I am really starting to believe in myself again!
I love the way I feel! 14lbs down 85 to go! I am looking forward to the challange!
