I have been really discouraged this last week, since I didn't lose any weight at all. I stuck to my calorie requirements, most days I was at the very low end, and I expected to see a 2 -3 pound loss. I have been walking at least 10 min 5 days a week. I was really down until I read the post from team leader Archimedesll reminding another member we didn't gain the weight overnight and that we needed to have patience. After I read the post, I felt a whole lot better. Thank you Archimedesll for your wonderful words of encouragement.
