I always thought I had to eat 1,200 calories to lose wieght, and couldn't get through lunch on that...now I realize that eating within a reasonable calorie count is all I need to do. I notice the variety of food needs to vary for me, and I don't each much fruit, but I eat a lot of veggies. So..this is a great learning tool!
