Hi it's going to be a struggle and we find it hard to commit, but w/ support it can be done. Believe me, last year January I was 301 and I'm now down 245. If you need an accountability partner let me know. There are soooo many people here going through this journey with you. This morning started off sort of sad. Ask God to remove all negative and unhealthy thoughts and replace them with things that a positive. Cried today, had not done this for a while. Now I feel great. Thanks to God.
