I baked Christmas cookies with the kids I take care of, for 6 hours straight yesterday lol! I didn't eat ONE cookie, or even taste one drop of dough/batter. I chewed gum, drank water, and drank a coffee. It was an exhausting victory!

Ha, I am in Colorado too and am "working from home" today due to the weather (not about to do my normal Brighton to western Centennial commute today!). It certainly is baking weather! I am mixing up all my doughs and then will be actually baking them this weekend, right before we head out of town where I can give all the cookies away. I might make one pan of the cookies for me though :) Painting and crafting is a great idea. I should probably get some cleaning done.

I feel like making some sugar cookies but not sure I should, since I like to eat them! II can bake and not eat if I want to! It is snowing and cold in Colorado. Maybe I will paint and craft instead, keep my hands busy!
