Zen-Mama: A couple of months ago, SKREBEL said she had some personal stuff going on that would make it hard for to keep up with these challenges. I got the impression it was a family thing -- but she didn't give any details. I offered to start to pick up the ball and take responsibility for starting them each month. She sent me a private message to thank me, but I haven't heard from her since. I hope that all is well with her.

It's great to see lots of people signing up for the challenge this month. As it is a short month, we are all going to have to get moving right from the start as we will have a minimal number of days to meet our goals.

In this challenge, we will track our fitness minutes. Set your own goal as to how many minutes you wish to work out in February and keep us posted as to how you are doing. The following format is recommended (but not required.)

goal / # of minutes today / # of minutes remaining to reach goal

My goal will be my usual 600 minutes -- that's 30 minutes x 5 days per week x 4 weeks.
