When you're looking at an article or video, on the left sidebar of the page you'll see a bunch of different options (to share it, save it, etc.) The save button is a red heart with the word "save" next to it. Click there and it will be added to your favorites which you can access at the lower right on the sidebar of any page.

Hope that helps,

I have heard people mention their favorites list. It appears they add their favorite workout vidoes to it so they don't have to search for them each time. How do I start one? And where do I find it on the site? How do I go about addiing a video to my list?
