very simple and tasty: skinless, boneless chicken breast cooked with a little nutmeg; 2 tbsp whole berry cranberry sauce; a bit of fat-free mayo; a few leaves of spinach = a Thanksgiving-inspired wrap.

sometimes I have used grilled chicken pieces, with ham, swiss cheese and a little honey dijon mustard rolled up in tortiila brushed with a little olive oil and place in hot pan to grill on all sides till hot and lightly browned on all sides.
My husband likes chicken ceaser wraps. Just romaine lettuce, chicken pieces, shredded parm. cheese, and ceaser dressing.

I put some low fat shredded cheese between two wraps, add some hot sauce and microwave for a minute so cheese melts. I cut it like pizza wedges. Great for lunch at work or weekend snack.
I take a whole wheat wrap (small one) and spread on some spicy hummus, a 1/4 cup of black beans, a cup of field greens and a heaping tablespoon of salsa. Yummy! It's fibrous and filling. I'll usually eat two of them.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't...You're right!
Inside me lives a skinny woman...but I can usually shut the b*tch up with cookies! :o)
And I had a black bean, salsa and cheese burrito for breakfast... warmed up briefly, lovely!

This is my favourite right now. It's amazing!
Butternut squash and black bean burrito: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta il.asp?recipe=2399261
I also do a tuna wrap with apples, celery, kale, hard boiled egg and light olive oil mayo.
Fruity Chicken (a Spark recipe): http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta il.asp?recipe=2271579
You could do this one in a wrap, I usually do it on toast; apples, celery, raisins, carrots and peanut butter: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta il.asp?recipe=2244589
I'm in love with this salsa right now. You can use it as a salad, I've been doing seafood tacos with it lately but you could also put it in a wrap with a seafood of your choice. It goes amazing with shrimp: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta il.asp?recipe=2409450
Then mash an avocado with plain low fat Greek yogurt for dipping.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
