sometimes I have used grilled chicken pieces, with ham, swiss cheese and a little honey dijon mustard rolled up in tortiila brushed with a little olive oil and place in hot pan to grill on all sides till hot and lightly browned on all sides.
My husband likes chicken ceaser wraps. Just romaine lettuce, chicken pieces, shredded parm. cheese, and ceaser dressing.

I put some low fat shredded cheese between two wraps, add some hot sauce and microwave for a minute so cheese melts. I cut it like pizza wedges. Great for lunch at work or weekend snack.
I take a whole wheat wrap (small one) and spread on some spicy hummus, a 1/4 cup of black beans, a cup of field greens and a heaping tablespoon of salsa. Yummy! It's fibrous and filling. I'll usually eat two of them.
