I workout at home on the treadmill. I have a home gym weight machine at home as well.

Lifetime gym is fabulous, it even has a healthy cafe.

I love both. I run on my treadmill at home plus I take weight lifting classes and a core class at the gym........I also lift weights at home too.......

TIREDRUNS: That seems like a great workout, and I can see why you would go to the gym. Good job!

My gym has a great class. It is 15 minutes of ab work, 15 minutes of running, 15 minutes of spinning, and then 30 minutes of weights and stretching. It is challenging and fun!

I definitely love working out at home, alone. I don't even like walking with other people, since I walk at odd times of the day/night, with varying speeds, and like listening to my kind of music.

I never plan to workout in a gym again -- well, except my own dungeon gym.

At home I love spinning and lifting while watching TV or listening to music. I love doing hanging abs, hitting the heavy bag, and doing the foam roller -- all by myself. I don't want anyone else around me. I yam The Lone Stranger.

I like doing videos at home, I don't have to worry about if I make a mistake or if I can't keep up, I can keep practicing without feeling stupid. plus there are so many different videos out there, it doesn't get boring for me.
If I feel the need to be around people I go for a walk.

I really like coming back to JM's 30 day Shred every few months. The way the workouts are broken down makes them fly by and I'm done before I know it!

I love my gym and it gives me access to equipment I can't afford or store in my home and to reasonably prices classes and I have made some great friends. However I am a tad burned out on their drop in classes right now so I am taking a break. So I will continue to participate in the enrolled classes (yoga and spin) and do some cardio and strength on my own.

Me too. Recently I have liked the ones by cafemom and Jillian Michaels (I didn't think I'd like her but she's great). And, of course, Lesley Sansone is great if you don't feel like walking outside.
