the points I earn from exercise seem to mean more to me

@JGIRL - you can use Spark Points to give goodies to Spark friends (or yourself). The goodies are a motivational tool.

I am lost on what the spark points even mean... I am not thinking we get to redeem the points for anything but it would be cool if we did LOL

What do spark points do anyway.. I am still new and learning this site

I was thinking this morning how easy it is to earn Spark points for taking a poll... Kind of lame really, but fun. Then I realized my favorite way to earn points is from fitness. I am proudest of those. What about you?
