My favorite time to exercise is early in the morning. Get up, get it done and over with, and get on with your day. In general, if my exercise is not all done by 7 AM, it is not going to happen. No one cares what I do before around 7 - 7:30 AM. There are no meals to prepare, no kids to get off at 5-6 AM, no meetings of any kind, no phone ringing, and best of all, no interruptions!

For four decades I have tried other times of day from time to time. 100% of the time something interfered with my plan to exercise. It simply does not work. Rain, snow, sunshine, dark or daylight, I am out getting my exercise outdoors on the road, or indoors in a fitness club early in the morning.

I stand in awe and wonder how anyone can get exercise done any other time of day.

In the late afternoon or early evening, but only if the weather's cooler. My workouts tend to feel easier because I've still got energy from eating throughout the day.

In the afternoons or evenings though mornings are my goal for when I don't have class. Afternoons work better with classes starting at 9 am and I tend to not be a morning person on those days. Sometimes getting active in the afternoon can help with homework too when its overwhelming for a break occasionally.

on weekends - 7am-ish.

During the week - 5pm because there is no way I'm getting up at 4:30am in the winter to go for a run.

Whenever and however I can squeeze it in and sometimes I have to do just that. I love to do my cardio in the AM before work BUT I do my strength training in the afternoon.

In the morning but most times I take a early lunch break around 11am to fit it in. I would prefer to go to gym before work but I am at work for 730 and I have a 45 min commute. :)

I love the feeling of just having exercised in the morning but I hate getting up early. So I'll say morning but I usually work out at night.

In the summer, first thing when I get up. If it is cold I wait till the pm (I am a fair weather outside exercise person). In the deep of winter I exercise inside early AM

My favorite time is just after breakfast at about 10:30ish (once my food has time to settle) - because I am fed, caffinated and ready to go.

If I don't exercise first thing right after hubby leaves for work, it most likely won't get done! When I am finished, it's like the whole day just falls into place thereafter.

I like exercise in the morning after good night sleep. But can do this just on weekend, because usually I working from 6am on weekdays. So, exercise in the mornings on weekend and early aftternoon on workdays for me emoticon
