I do a protein smoothie with Designer Whey protein powder.

PB & J Smoothie
1 cup of non-fat milk, 1 cup frozen mixed strawberries, half of a banana (frozen and sliced), 1 tablespoon of chia or ground flax seed, 1 packet stevia, 1-2 tablespoons of PB2

I have this as a dessert with supper and it keeps me full all night long so no late night cravings.

My favorite "shake" is unsweetened coconut milk (1 cup.) & a half serving (70g) of my favorite brand of unsweetened frozen dark sweet cherries.
