Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)
Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)

I have and love Yoga for Beginners with has an a.m., stress relief and p.m. sequence (by Living Arts). I love the stress relief one with Suzanne Deason the best - it's about 15 minutes and calms me down more than the p.m. sequence. It's pretty old but you might be able to find a copy at a local used bookstore/DVD place. I see that there are used ones on amazon for about $10.

I love to cool down and wind down with yoga at night before bed, and used to have an amazing dvd but I can't remember the name so I am in search of a new one... do any of you have a favorite yoga dvd for stretch and relaxation, or a very beginner yoga that includes a big cool down?
