Since saying "kinky sex" pretty much isn't allowed to be said in the cafe' I'm gonna go with my Shoulder & Trap day (Fridays) as my favorite "fun" workout, I love the Military press and Barbell Shrugs!

A couple summers ago my sister and I saw these really cool hula hoops at Target and bought some just for kicks. That day we went out in our yard to hoop and we started having little competitions between the two of us to see who could hoop the longest without dropping. We became absolutely crazed with it, and after a couple days we were both able to go for up to 2 hours without stopping. That summer between the two of us we lost about 15 pounds just from hula hooping. We're still obsessed with it, but we don't get to hoop as much together, what with no longer living together, work, and school. I got back into it recently; I have a big open space in my living room that allows me to hula hoop (without breaking anything!) even with the weather being so dreadfully cold. I hula hoop as part of a way to stay active, and for me it's become a sort of coping device for anxiety and stress. So what do you do to incorporate fun into your workout?
