If I am feeling extra full of energy then Insanity is the way to go, but I always feel like it's bad for my knees and ankles. Otherwise, my very favorite. Is Jillian Michaels Last Chance Workout. I's killer but not damaging.

I have a REALLY extensive fitness DVD collection. Are you looking for beginner, intermediate, or advanced? I second the suggestion of the library. Also, try YouTube. There are A LOT of workouts loaded on there. Many Zumba instructors load routines up. There are even dedicated channels just for fitness. A couple of my favorites are Jessica Smith TV and Fitness Blender. Both have high and low impact offerings along with beginner and advanced options.

my favorite is the P90X package. It's intensive, and works

I like the Leslie Sansone "walk away the pounds." Sometimes on the weekend if it is too bad to go outside, I will pop in the three mile DVD just to avoid the treadmill

Check out your library to see if you can try some out for free before purchasing any.

Personally I really like kickboxing workouts. I currently just finishing Tapout XT but that set is a bit pricey for some.
Jillian Michaels has a bunch of different ones. My favorite is the kickbox fastfix there are 3 - 20 min workouts in them. I end up doing all 3 back to back to turn into a 60 min workout.
I also like her ripped in 30 - there are 4 - 30 min workouts set up with circuits with cardio and weights all in one.
Banish fat boost metabolism - 45 min workout using body weight.
No More Trouble Zones - 45 min workout using light hand weights.

Bob Harpers are INTENSE, but that is why I love them. They are 60 min long. and also strength and cardio all in one.

Mostly everything I have is from beachbody, and I have favorites for different things. I got hooked on ST via ChaLEAN Extreme. I had never done a serious ST program before, and I absolutely love it now and would never go back to NOT lol.

I also have Turbo Fire and Focus T25 both from Beachbody as well and I love those for cardio.

I've been going to the gym, but my kids come home tomorrow. I friend suggested having some dvds in case I don't make it to the gym as often when working around all the different schedules. Anyone got a favorite they recommend? Why do you like it?
