A new favorite health breakfast egg dish is 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup dry rolled oats (mix together and scramble). Add either cinnamon/sugar to mix and top with maple syrup or powdered sugar and fruit. OR - eggs/oats and mix with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions and top with salsa. YUMMY!!!
