If you are advanced, try the "inside out method" DVDs of Bob Harper. These are great....

Jillian Michaels Kickbox fastfix. There's 3 20 minute workouts, so you can start off with one and work your way up to doing them all. It's the only workout dvd I haven't gotten bored with after a week.

I found Jillian Michael's Six Week Six Pack Abs on YOUTUBE and I LOVE it! It's circuit training and a just the right amount of a challenge for me. The best part - I can stream YOUTUBE on my Wii and view the video on my TV :)

Yoga - Shape Long and Lean

Pilates - Windsor Pilates

Walking - Leslie Sanson's Walk Away the Pounds

I hate weight lifting videos as they go too fast IMHO. Slow and steady is better than lifting with momentum.
