I made a curry dip with plain Greek yogurt the other day for artichokes. Turmeric, cumin, and garlic powder were all I had, I used to have a spice called Garam masala, that I'd put in as well.

I like to make my own fruit-flavored yogurts by adding fruit preseres to plain yogurt. I use Simply Fruit preserves, which is what it sounds like!
mmmmmm yogurt :) I always buy the plain greek yogurt for the protein. I put shredded coconut and fruit. Also almond butter/ peanut butter and broken up wafer cookie is a great treat.
I heard mio was good in it. You can also add flavors and sweetener. I like all bran, artificail coconut and sweet and low.

- Add some fruit, and possibly a little bit of honey - add some of the dry ranch dressing mix or dry french onion dip mix - put some spices like oregano, thyme, hot pepper, etc, and dip things in it - for an occasional treat: mix 1-2 tablespoons of nesquick chocolate milk powder, and 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for a chocolate/pb pie taste (and eat it with graham crackers) - mix it with honey nut cheerios and fruit
