I love cucumbers a lot.
Broccoli and carrots are not so tasty for me, but I completely change my mind once they are steamed - put a tad salt and pepper and you're good to go, don't even need butter
squash and zucchini are great steamed too
Love cabbage as well
Also asparagus - that one is hard though because I think canned asparagus is yummy but that probably isn't so nutritious. Another one to buy raw and steam!

I love almost all veggies, but my favorite go-to options for chowing down as a snack are carrots and snap peas.

Roma tomatoes. They are full of flavour and super tasty cut up with pepper and a little salt sprinkled on them. I eat them every day.

I really love all kinds of veggies. My favorite to start almost every meal with are onions. I love pickled red beets, three bean salad, and steamed green beans. Oh, I could go on...

I think edamame is delicious and super filling. I take frozen edamame and bake at 400* until they start getting golden brown. You're also able to coat in oil before baking, if you'd like. I like them plain though.

Broccoli (cooked) and green beans (cooked or raw). Especially the greens beans fresh from my fiance's garden. Yum!
Cook some chickpeas (or drain a can), dry, then roast in the oven @350F or so, perhaps lightly salted and oiled. Let them start to brown then take out. They're crunchy and delicious ... put in a bowl and snack between meals.
As for fresh veggies: red peppers, broccoli, carrots, grape or cherry tomatoes. Olives and pickles

When I'm hungry and my meal isn't ready yet, I will munch on carrots and red peppers. I need other ideas on veggies that are yummy to munch on.
