This isn't low calorie, but it's packed with nutrition and is light, fluffy and keeps me full and happy for many hours.

Banana, 4 tablespoons whey protein isolate, 2 tablespoons ground flax, 1 small low fat yogurt, 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I like using some cranberries in here for added zing), cold water for desired consistency.

This blends into a light, milk shake like consistency and is absolutely delicious.
