I dance 20 hours a week, it really is amazing cardio:) but jumping on a trampoline is just as fun:);) I also like to run, but not to long cause it hurts after 10-15 minutes:)

Just to start a conversation, what's your favorite cardio work out? Mine Is tabata work outs and dance workouts.
