The previous poster is correct. You want to limit your intake of saturated fat, but saturated fat is just a portion of the total fat consumed, so you'll want to keep track of both.

The total Fat grams. Saturated is only a portion of the total fat.

When calculating fats for the day am I to use the fat grams or the saturated fat?
