I eat two or three one litre tubs each week, using it instead of mayonaise, custard or cream, I have not really been successful cooking with it so any ideas would be welcome I serve it with fruit, it makes a delicious sauce for fish or meat , add chopped capers and pickled onions add horseradish sauce to serve with beef or grate in fresh horseradish. a sprinkle of cereal on top adds a good crunch when having it on its own try a tablespoon on top of hot cereal with a pinch of cinnamon , you do not need any sugar or sweetener. We have a brilliant brand here in Ireland called Glenisk but I am sure similar brands must be available wherever you live.
