I take vitamins, and since I started on my B12 I do feel less laggy, and this helps me choose to get up and walk around instead of sitting on my tushy. Its supposed to help boost metabolism but I'm not so sure if that's true. I just like the boost to my general sense of feeling and not feeling so sluggish. Its not like drinking energy drinks, its subtle and not so dangerous as energy drinks. My body was lacking in vitamins and since starting them I see results in many areas of my life. I would never recommend a weightloss pill. They aren't regulated. I saw an episode of The Doctors where a girl ended up having an unexpected reaction to her weight loss pills and it affected her mental health. Make sure you are eating things that help give your body what it naturally needs and not rely on quick fixes.

I never heard about fat burning supplement. I think what you need is to tone up your muscle through exercising because it can help you burn fats. It's just a matter of discipline in what you do, what you eat and the kind of lifestyle you have.
some supplements do drain your system of fats at meals, but let's face it - FAT is not the enemy. Poor habits are the enemy. Good fats even help your body burn off the bad fats. Check out the end of each day you track your food. There is a large portion that should be fat.
The good news is, muscle burns fat! so as you tone up and build muscle, you will loose a lot of that fat! :) Changes toward a healthier you are not quick, but they are worth it!
One thing I noticed on my first journey was I mistook water weight for "fat" when I was puffy. Check your sodium intake and make sure you are drinking enough water so your system flushes efficiently.
Take it slow so you can keep the fat off. And remember - almost any "quick gimick" is likely not healthy for your long term goals
The only thing that Fat Burning Supplements do is burn the fatness of your wallet! They just don't work.
What DOES work is exercise - particularly things like weights. They don't have to be heavy weights to do the trick.
I would suggest that you get your body fat checked via a reliable technique - i.e. 9 point skin caliper testing done by a properly qualified person. Most gyms have this available - just ask, and ensure that they ARE qualified.
Ensure that you are eating a healthy diet, and withing the recommended calorie and nutrient ranges.
Don't expect weight loss to be fast. Without knowing your height, I see you are already a fairly healthy weight, so it may be that you don't really need to lose any more weight, but rather, tone your muscles. If you DO need to lose weight then I would expect any further losses to be slow ones. They generally are slower when you are closer to the body's ideal weight.

Ditto. Unfortunately, fat-burning supplements do not exist. Making a pill or capsule and claiming it burns fat is a very lucrative endeavor due to the number of people who want such a thing to exist, but it has never happened.

There aren't any. There is nothing you can put in your mouth that will cause your body to burn fat. Burning fat is a natural process that happens when you are at a calorie deficit. If you want to burn fat, eat less, and exercise more.

Yeah, sorry to tell you, but there are no fat burning supplements that work.
I don't think you're going to get many recommendations for this type of supplement, as SparkPeople does not in any way encourage that kind of stuff. It's all about good nutrition and eating real food, and exercising-- not taking pills.
If you're not seeing the results you'd like... take a look at the types of food you're choosing. Are you tracking everything you eat, including things like catsup or salad dressing, or "just a bite" of this or that? Getting enough vegetables and fruit? Drinking enough water? Weight loss is around 80% what/ how much we eat. And while it sure seems like we can pack on the pounds practically overnight... it takes time and effort to lose them. Sort of really not fair at all. But that's the way it is.
And.... the less we have to lose, the slower it's going to come off. While someone with over 100 pounds to lose, can lose it at 2 lbs./week (at least, in the beginning)-- the closer we are to goal weight, the slower it comes off. It's just not possible to create a large enough calorie deficit to have that much of a loss.
The way I look at it, it gives you plenty of time to practice all the healthy habits that will help you KEEP the weight off. Lots of people can and do lose weight... but not that many actually keep it off. So by losing a little slower, you up your chances of maintaining the loss.
