I definetly wouldn't take them. I used to take Stacker 2's (when they had ephedra in them 5 years ago ) and there were way too many side effects and risks.
Thanks for the input. I guess it is a positive sign when everyone has negative views on something.

Yeah I'd have to say don't use 'em. I took Stacker 2 back in the late 90's and it just made my heart race, and I wound up being less successful with my workouts.
The truth is that most of those 'fat burners' are filled with high concentrations of caffeine which can do excess harm to your body and also harm your efforts in the gym.
It's just easier to do it the right way and build lasting good habits then to search for short-cuts.
Honestly a lot of people have it backwards about how to lose weight. While exercising helps burn calories, it is not the sole factor in losing weight, it's about 20% of the equation. There is no magic pill that'll help you burn more calories or more fat while you're working out. It may help give you more energy so that you don't tire out as quickly, but fatigue is your body's way of telling you to slow it down and taking a pill that neutralizes those signals or amps you up, isn't very good for you.
