I'm writing this to stay motivated. My hubby and I are going to eat healthier for one year. I believe that it will be for life but I say one year to get him involved. Otherwise, I think he would not try.
He is trying and that really means a lot to me.
I know we are only to lose one to two pounds per week and that slow is best. But, butt... I want to be skinnier right now. haha.
