it is fast but not from a fast food place... use a soup thermos... high in fiber and lots of vegetables...

1st choice... grocery store
2nd choice... grilled chicken salad (available at 99% restaurants)
3rd choice... insides of a sandwich with fork and knife (minus bun)

The two fast food options I fall back on are kid's meals with the apple slices instead of french fries (McDonald's/Wendy's/BK/etc.), and Dunkin Donuts' eggwhite flatbread sandwiches and wraps. I have done well using these options when I was stuck eating fast food.

Popeye's has a rice bowl with shredded chicken and sausage it's very satisfying and under 300cal.

If there is a grocery store, I usually go grab something from there - but if not, I will often get a salad ot chili

anywhere with a salad bar. Subway, A grilled chicken sandwich somewhere, without the mayo or honey mustard.

Subway is really good about telling you the calories. Other places are getting better about it too. Just remember how many calories you want, and then look at the nutritional packets to tell you which foods fit, and pick the one you like most

When I am in a crunch, I choose either Subway, or Wendy's chili.

Salad with grilled chicken and dressing on the side is a healthy option, available at most restaurants and grocery stores with salad bars.

There is nothing faster than going to the grocery store and getting 3 slices of deli roast beef....around 150 calories.....maybe add a small Chicago roll for another 110 calories, with snack pack baby carrots ...save the other 3 packets for other lunches.....
a medium sized apple at 75 calories...better than fast food.

What are your options around you? Look at the options and then go online and look at their nutrition trackers. Find something that is well balanced and healthy.
