Not good today - 0 for 3! BUT I only realized this because I realized I was emotional eating, being a victim and not doing my best - so I signed into spark and checked into spark coach! Time to do better tomorrow! (and right now though I can't do 2 of my 3 fast break goals this late in the day!)
