my goals for the week is to: exercise 10 min/ day, drink 8-8oz glasses of water and collect a motivational picture daily. I'm starting off easy since I have a 2 mos old and a very busy 3 year old. This should be easy to stick to.
Goal: get in shape, and become a healthier more energetic me.
