WooHoo is right! I too am excited about SparkCoach... actually I'm pretty "fired up" lol about SparkPeople in general - I'm in my third week and I am very pleased so far! I enjoy tracking my food/workouts..so much more colorful than keeping up with them in a journal! Love the interaction with others with the same challenges. Good Luck and Have a blessed day!

I am so excited and "fired-up" - does anyone say that anymore? But yesterday I signed up for the Spark Coach and it is great. I had an awesome day yesterday and am on the right track for today. WOOHOO!!

Is anybody else excited about reaching all their fast break goals? I am! I've been here for about 2 weeks and I haven't really had a real "start" yet (since I guess I didn't understand how all the features worked here). Also, I might have started by jumping in feet first, rather than starting slow. However, I'm ready to really get started on my fast break goals starting today.
