Ah, thank you for answering my question ;D I can see that there are so many different goals I could work towards - but not at the same time - nice to know I can go back and restart at any time.

you will get an email saying you can move on to stage 2...then its your choice whether to move ahead or spend longer in stage one. I still go back to the beginning when i need an extra boost..you can do that at any time!!

I'm on the first week of Fast Break - or Quick Start - whatever it's called - do I have to stay there until I successfully complete the Fast Break tasks? How does it work?
