Fast Break Goals (3)
1- Plan my weekly meals, snacks and track.
2- Go to bed early enough to get up early and do at least a 30 mins workout before work.
3-Stay positive.

My starting Fast Break goals are:

Getting up without hitting snooze in the morning
Drinking 8 cups of water each day
Exercise 10 minutes per day

I am doing good on them so far. I even got 20 minutes of exercise in today :)

One of my fast break goals was to not eat in front of the tv or in the goal tracking it has x1/day. Stupid question, but if we mess up once in a day, did we blow it? or once a day you at least need to remember not to? I caught myself once today, trying to track my nutrition...have behaved otherwise since I started on the 19th.... sniff sniff pout...

my fast break goals:
- make 5 min of stretching every day
- eat 1 serving of whole grains
- sleep 8 hours

I find wake up early is great but hard a little to used to.

My fiance and I are working towards 3 goals we chose together (he prefers not to have to be active online):

1) Eat 2 fruits/veggies per day.
2) Track calories burned each day.
3) Listen to a get up and go song each day.

I recently subscribed to Spark Coach and tried to set my Fast Break Goals for the list provided: 1. Get some exercise 10 minutes a day 2. Eat a healthy breakfast and 3. Get 8 hours of sleep. Every time I push the finish button it tells me some information wasn't processed and when I look at my Spark Points it says I haven't set any Fast Break Goals. Any ideas for me? I sent an e-mail to the tech help desk 2 days ago but have not heard back from them.

Those are great goals! I am going to 1.Track my Food 2.Track My Fitness and 3.I am going to talk to a positive person each day to keep me motivated!

Here are the goals I will be working towards for the next 2 weeks:

1. Don't snack mindlessly in the eveing. I do this a lot of times when I get home from school and haven't eaten in 6+ hours. I will pack healthy snacks and drink water to improve this habit.
2. Exercise 10 minutes a day. I am a teacher and stay busy, but I am going to strive to hit that 10 minutes every day for 2 weeks.
3. Write in a journal. I have a composition notebook where I track (daily) my super foods, water drank, exercise, weight, and make notes at the end of the day.
