Did my cardio exercise 6 days this week a minimum of 30 minutes.

i also just reset mine through spark coach. mine are drink 8cups of water, write in journal, and exercise 10 minutes a day.
i am hoping to jump start this time and finish loosing the last 90 lbs.

Hi. I am Gini.

I reset my Fastbreak goals today through Spark Coach

They are:

Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Walk 10 minutes each day

Reward myself for reaching these goals.

I needed a kick start and this will sure help

Nice to be with some new friends.

Mine are:
Get up and try to do a short walk
at least one 4 miles a day
Eat fruit every day

1. walk at LEAST a mile a day
2. track EVERY BITE
3. Post daily
