We are having fall weather in my area right now. The leaves are starting to change colors, and the temperature got into the 50's yesterday. I can't wait for the next high school football game to sit in the cool night air, drink an icy cold Coke, and listen to everyone cheer for their favorite team!

I love fall. For me, it's the best time for hiking. Winter, not so much, but I am lucky I have a gym at work, so I will continue to keep in hiking shape throughout winter. I even have microspikes to trudge through the snow on a hike if need be. :D.

I love fall, hate winter and not looking forward to dealing with 'New Year Resolutionist' crowd at the gyms. I applaud people trying to get in shape, but I am not looking forward to super-busy gyms and complete lack of gym etiquette. I also totally hate the frozen early winter mornings, when I get out of my warm cozy bed and into dark super cold nothingness just to get to the gym at 5 am.

Here in Houston, that's when I actually DO go outdoors. In the summer, no way. Heatstroke is not my idea of fun.
hate winter too........It's a good thing I take classes at my gym. And in October I hope to take another one. They are having a group core class, It sounds like fun. Hate the winter blues so I try to keep busy and active..............
I love the changing of all of the seasons. And there is ALWAYS a way to get in exercise, just takes a little adjusting. As far as eating goes, well, I am not going to blame the season for poor choices I might make.

Fall is great. It is exhilirating !!! It is the COLD days of winter that get me. I try to walk when its not too cold.
Like you I'm planning on what I'll do for the winter, gym? walking up my apartment stairs (14floors) ? exercise videos? recreation centre classes? sparkpeople videos? dancing? I don't know, but I should do something, besides walking through malls, I've learned that is too costly.
