I was just recently told about sparkpeople and sparkrecipes - I gave one a whirl the other night (fajita seasoning) and despite having a packet waiting at home - gave the recipe a try - it was incredible! And since it called for a tsp of all the ingredients (including salt) - I saved myself an incredible amount of sodium! It felt great - and the ingredients in the fajita seasoning (lime, cilantro, garlic - I added this!) can all be used in guacamole - which I also whipped up!
The fajitas have been a lunch and two dinners - not too shabby!
