The main reason I shared is that I've been here nearly a year, and see so many "fad" diets mentioned.
The person is hoping for a quick fix, when the only real answer is making lifestyle changes that you can live with - not a temporary change until you go back to "normal". At least, that's what seems to work for me - making this a lifetime commitment.
