as other people said, smoothies are a great thing to add. There are some ready to drink ones that you can easily find at the pharmacy (ensure, glucerna) but be careful of added sugar. A health food store (GNC, Vitamin Shoppe) will have higher protein options (along with protein powder if you want to make your own).
Other thoughts: tuna salad (be careful with the mayo!) or make with a vinaigrette scrambled eggs oatmeal soup! If you have one near you, trader joe's has a great black bean soup (a bit of spice, and smooth)
make a protein shake with some whey protein mix ans milk or soy milk. Blend in some frozen fruit like banana chunks, &/or spinach (you won't taste it, really) I drink one of these almost laily. I know some who add in peanut butter, but I don't. It is good.

I just started on SparkPeople. On July 5th, I am going in to the dentist and I am facing multiple extractions of teeth. As I want to keep on track, I am hoping that you could suggest some soft foods that I can eat that will keep me in line and not going overboard!
