It definitely won't give your info away, at most your friends will see "so and so likes SparkPeople, check it out!" or if they are on sparkpeople they will see that you like it and it will ask them to like it too.
When you like *anything* on FB, your entire friends list will occasionally get a random post from that site, and sometimes it shows your name-- a tiny line that says, "Suzy Smith likes this." So basically, the page you "like" tells everyone you know that you like them, as part of their advertising. If you don't mind your FB friends knowing that you use this site, it won't give them any info beyond that. They can't use your real name to look up your SparkPeople name, for example. But if you want your SparkPeople ID to stay private, don't EVER use the same pictures here that you post there. It's really easy to do an image search and match the pictures.
I personally keep FaceBook and SparkPeople 1000% separate. I love my Spark friends and I love my FB friends, but I would never invite them all to the same party!

When you like Sparkpeople FB your personal spark information is not shown.
Hi, I believe it is the same as when you "like" a store's page, You will have the ability to see articles and things in your news feed. When you say your stuff are you referring to your Sparkpage? No, that doesn't seem to be visible from facebook. Give it a try for a day or two ask a friend who you trust to see what is visible. You can always unlike the page if you are concerned.
