That's a wonderful reminder.... It's been awhile, but most of my full body joy has been when dancing or swimming in a lake!

I love that! It happens on occasion and usually it's related to being with my kids.

i read something recently about a description of a photograph that the author had seen (sorry, that this sounds convoluted... but, it's more about what the image portrayed than the specifics).


she described the photo of a conductor with his arns outstretched, body poised, head thrown back and hair flying with a HUGE smile and his eyes closed.

FULL BODY JOY was how she described it.

so, i ask you, have you ever experienced joy so big, that it resonated through your whole body? like a child playing... they experience it all the time.

we should get back to FULL BODY JOY, once in a while, or, more than that!
