Remember that the healthy choices you are making are contributing to your good health and longevity as well. Unfortunately it's much harder to measure those successes than seeing the scale move downward, but those positive changes are still happening inside your body when you make good, healthy lifestyle choices. Keep up the hard work!

Stick with it. Sometimes even if you work really hard one week, it doesn't show on the scale until the next weigh in. I had a small loss this week too. I really think that I'll have a big loss next week though. You'll never get to your goal if you give up. I have to tell myself that all the time. In a year from now you could be down who knows how many pounds if you stick with it but if you give up you'll either be the same weight this time next year or possibly heavier. We're all in this together. You can do it!

So you would think when someone that has not seen me in weeks says " are you losing weight you look good" I would be thrilled right no not me I am FRUSTRATED because I lost two ounces in one week WHATS UP WITH THAT??? I have been dedicated to walking everyday and getting faster at it and going longer lengths yet 2 ounces seriously......I wanted to crawl In a whole and forget about even trying....The local carnival is here and all I can think about is the reasons not to go you know funnel cakes, ff, candy apples. ice cream....Scared to death now that I had such a minimal loss.. I don't know what happened My 40 by 40 seemed so realistic now I am not sure... I don't know what to do
