journal your food- spark tracker, phone app, paper and pen or cameral what ever exchange cards
exercise 30 min aim for twice a day but if time cruch just make it once
water 8 glases a day

I have a goal at 175 but when I get there I will see if want to go lower.
I am in tops so I plan on using the exchange cards and slowly get to an online journal too.
