When stressing out about dealines and too much work at the office, I tend to reach for whatever goodies are on hand like my co-workers who leave out candies. I try to fix myself a chocolate protein drink when I want something sweet but if I don't even have time for that, I do keep some walnuts or pecans handy to much on instead.
