When I first started Sparks over five years ago, I just tracked my "normal" eating for the first five days and was shocked to see of the 3500 calories I was having that 1500 came from soda, milk and juice. I worked on cutting those out first and drinking Spring Water with lemon. Helped me a lot to get going.
BREAKFAST: watching local Breakfast show, Espresso 2 X slices of brown toast with sliced of Spam Lite 1 x coffee with 1tsp sugar and 2% milk
WORK: feeling okay 1 x coffee with 1 tsp sugar and 3tsp creamer
LUNCH: At desk, listening to music on computer Smoked Chicken Salad 1 x brown bread roll (no margarine) 1 x small plum 1 x 175ml l/f granadilla yogurt
SUPPER: At home, watching Isidingo (local soap opera) Tuna Salad consisting of lettuce, tomato, tuna and sweet chilli sauce 4 x Rye Cracker Bread 1 x � glass of Rose 1 x Full Glass of Mixed Berry Fruit Juice
