I started with a FitBit One and lost it. I loved it but I was always forgetting it in my pants pocket. I ended up getting a Flex three weeks ago and I love love love it! I love that I can wear it on my wrist all the time. You don't have the display the One has, but it will be harder to lose the dang thing. It's more comfy than wearing that huge band while sleeping too.

I don't own either one, but I've been doing a lot of reading trying to figure out which one I want. I love the thought of the FITBIT FLEX, but I work as an interpreter for the Deaf and just wonder how accurate it would be while I am shaking my money makes? With the FITBIT ONE I love the altimeter and it being able to calculate stairs, but with it having to clip onto my clothes that I might forget to remove/wash/dry it. Is there any interpreters on here that have either one? and if so what are your thoughts/experience? If not then anyone here who might have a job that requires a lot of hands flapping in the air like a person out of control?

I keep hearing about the Fitbit on here - I just use an app on my phone for tracking walking, but the phone is probably a bit heavy for running if/when I decide to go there - is that what this is for?
I ended up purchasing the flex. I think that the others that hook onto something are too easy to loose and just like my watch it is always there on my other wrist. Obvious problem with the flex, however, is that it probably overcounts steps a little too much. So at the end of the day when I go and see how many steps I have it usually deduct in the upwards of 300-500 steps.
I guess my question is that how accurate is the calorie gauge? I mean for yesterday it claims for one hour of normal walking I burnt over 300 calories. When I put my normal walking into spark people for one hour it claims I burnt 125 calories. So which is correct? I frankly do not believe that I burnt 300 calories just walking for one hour. That is something that would need several hours to get that many calories.

I had a Fitbit Ultra, and have just recently upgraded to the One. I love it. It clips anywhere and doesn't get in the way.
Thank you all very much for your opinions I didn't even think about asking about the Zip although I can see a lot of you like it too...I was leaning towards the Fitbit One because of the sleep tracking feature too and I do like to be able to see a display to tell me where I'm at thru the day which the Fit & Zip both show....Thank you all very much again 's

I have the One but Flex wasn't available then. I like the idea of the Flex in being able to wear it all the time but I like being able to scroll the screen which you can only do with the One.
FitBit One, convenient, but I've not found it to be the most accurate calorie-wise or with my GPS. It tends to under-estimate (which is better than overestimating, I guess LOL). But the interface is nice and I like not having anything showing on my arm or wrist.
I bought the fit one a couple of weeks ago.Fellow sparkers seemed to like the one more than the flex. The reviews I saw were better for the one as well. I love my fitbit one.

I have the Fitbit One, and I love it. I've had it for one week, and I absolutely love it. I find it to be accurate with my fitness activities and it accurately monitors my sleep. It also syncs wonderfully with SparkPeople, therefore you don't have to worry about logging things on both sites, it automatically syncs. I can no longer imagine life without it!

I have the zip and the flex. I found it a pain to have the flex on my wrist every day - well except when it needs to be recharged. I prefer the zip - I can check my progress with actual steps instead of little lights, I can get the time, my mileage just by tapping it - and I like the happy face too. The flex provides alot of info and if it's the right fit you'll love it, but give me my bright green zip any day!

I love my fitbit one I just got it. I hook it in the middle of my bra & I am off. It is very accurate with my Gps I wanted to test it a long with that. Highly recommended plus it is right with my sleep pattern also/ Judy
I am wanting to get a FITBIT and was wanting some feedback on others sparkers that have one and which one is best? I was leaning toward the Fitbit One but the Fitbit Flex also looks very convienent to use.. Any feedback would be appreciated...Thank you very much
