After 6 weeks of not losing any weight, I went down to 161 last Thursday, then 160 last Friday, and finally 159 today! At first I was disappointed that I'm still losing weight so slowly, but when I looked at the actual timespan, I lost two pounds in 6 days, so approx. 2 pounds a week, which is what I'm aiming for.
I'm so happy I'm out of the 160s at last, and I'll never ever go there ever again!
