KITTYMEOW55403, if you are not using it yet, start using the Nutrition Tracker immediately. Make it your BFF. If you keep your tracker daily numbers within the bottom line ranges for calories, carbs, fat, and protein, you will see results beyond your wildest dreams. Guaranteed. That's what happened to me. I went from 158 to 128 in 9 months. I also did Official Sparkpeople Bootcamps Challenges, which sculpted my body.

After a rough couple of months of car-theft and job loss, I gained a bit of weight and have been trying, trying, trying, trying, TRYING, trying, to break my 160 plateau FOR OVER FOUR MONTHS. I bought a pedometer two days ago to increase my motivation to get outside and walk. As of this morning, I am 157.4, and I am pretty thrilled to see those numbers on my digital scale.
