it is great that you are so enthusiastic! that is how i feel about the tracker; it's FUN to plan! i like to track almost all nutrients and TRY to make range on all of them. good job! i hope you can find a bit of time to check in on the community too because it's great to have people who have your back!

Hello Everyone, My name is Dianne and I have only been on Sparkpeople for 3 weeks. But I am so enthused with it. I work full time so the Food Tracker is a real blessing to me. No more having to look up each and every food in a calorie book. I have tried different weight lose plans in the past and of course put the weight right back on when I went off them. This is a plan I can really live with the rest of my life. I get really excited (lol) when I sit down every morning and figure out what I'm eating for that day. It's a challenge to eat right and stay within my calorie boundaries - plus keep the carbs and sodium down. I'm a died in the wool sweet eater so I have to incorporate sweets into my diet too. But it doesn't really feel like a diet as I have control over what and how much I eat. Of course I always did have control and ate everything in site. Now I try to keep myself busy and drink a lot of water.
