After having spinal surgery 10 days ago, I finally got on the scale....I hadn't weighed in in almost a month as I was in rough shape before I went in for surgery. I have tried to continue eating well, and walking as much as I can....it has paid off! 60 pounds!!!!!! 13 to go until I hit my original goal...WOO HOO! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Today is THE day....
