You can do it. Try not buying those trigger foods. I also have been Sparking for years with my weight up and down. I know I feel better when it is down. Forget your old mind set. Don't beat yourself up every day is a new day. every hour is a new hour. Try changing up your workout routine. Change exercises increase your intensity for short burst, or lift weights. Try a new exercise DVD.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

Congratulations on your previous weight loss success! You can do it again. I've also been on Sparks for years and have been lucky to maintain. I think most of it is mental. Forget that you've regained lost weight and focus on positives. Forget that you don't have your old mindset. Forget that you keep saying the same old things over and over. Forget about trying to get your mojo back! All that's in the past--over. It's time to think in the present--your new mojo is waiting!
It's good that you are exercising, tracking and reading Sparks. You know eating is your biggest obstacle so focus on that. Take time to figure out specifically what holds you back. Work on one at a time. Do you have healthy food ready to eat? Do you have healthy food and decide to eat something unhealthy? Do you plan snacks?
YOU ARE STILL SPARKIN.....So THAT MEANS YOU CARE!!

So maybe you should buy the Spark Solution and start at the very begining again. Start with fast break goals and build enthusiasm and momentum. Think about why you want to get healthy and create your vision collage. Write down your goals, set the long term goals, short term goals and the action items that will help you to acheive your goals. Maybe then, some where along the road, you will discover your mojo is back.
